• • Applicant's Birth Notarial Certificate (Original with English translation)
  • - Birth certificate notarial can be certified through local police station stating residential address, time and place of birth, both parents' names, whether deceased or alive, sealed and stamped by the local police station before certified by the local notarial office. Remember to provide additional photograph to the local notarial office for record purpose and also bring along your actual family census booklet and your ID card.
• • Applicant's highest education original certificate (Original with English translation) and transcript original certificate (Original with English translation).
  • - University/ College/ Diploma graduates: University/College/Diploma graduation certificates with transcript notarized and indicating clear study duration in school;
  • - University/ College/ Diploma studying students: Current completed University/ College/ Diploma transcript notarized and Senior High School/ Vocational Diploma, High School/ Vocational High School all three years results notarized and indicating clear study duration in school;
  • - High School/ Vocational School/ Secondary School graduates: High School/ Vocational School/ Secondary School graduation certificates with transcript notarized and indicating clear study duration in school;
  • - High School/ Vocational School/ Secondary School studying students: Current completed High School/ Vocational School/ Secondary School transcripts notarized that is all present three years transcript results or Notarial Examination results and indicating clear study duration in school and Junior High graduation certificates with transcript to be notarized; (example: High School studying students, year one to three transcript results to be notarized plus Junior High School graduation certificate with transcript notarized or Notarial Examination results notarized);
  • - Junior High School graduates: Junior High school graduation certificates with transcript notarized, three years of Junior High transcript results or Notarial Examination results notarized indicating clear study duration in school;

Note: Proceed to the Office of Academic Affairs in graduated school or school currently enrolled to issue each semester transcript. The results issued must indicate each completed semester of the school curriculum and achievement accompanied by the school seal and signature of the person in charge. (Note: If you are still a current student and not a graduated student, approach the Office of Academic Affairs to issue a "School Certificate" and "Grades in School” to certified that you are a current (which year level) school student and has completed (what year level) course with results and to state other outstanding achievements (if so) for higher entry enrolment approval from overseas universities.

Documents requirements for student pass application

Bank fixed deposit certificate/s (Original with English translation)

The fixed deposits can be from the applicant or the parents of an applicant. Fixed deposits amount should be at least RMB150,000.00 for a period not less than 6 months. (example: start of student pass application from August 6, 2007, date of fixed deposit commences from August 6, 2007 to February 6, 2008). If financially permit, we recommend that amount of fixed deposit to be at between RMB200,000.00 - RMB250,00.00.

  • - Organization letter with letterhead and official seal, please indicate start of occupation, position, salary, and duration of work.
